MINERAL WATER TREATMENT

6 days of mineral water treatment: before meals, you drink a glass of Brides-les-Bains thermal spring water with its depurative and appetite suppressing properties.

7 INDIVIDUAL SPA TREATMENTS

2 affusion sculpting massage with a wellness masseur
3 aerojet baths
2 massaging jet baths

3 COLLECTIVE SPA TREATMENTS

3 local steamers of thermal water for hand and foot

2 muscle massages (30 min) with a wellness masseur

NUTRITION

1 nutritional workshop: Anti-inflammatory cooking. Led by a dietitian (1h30 / max 12 people).
Free access and led by a dietitian in the Nutrition Space :
- 1 or 2 talks a day, 15 to 20 different themes including the scheduled conference "Osteoarthritis, diet and physical activity".
- 1 cookery demonstration a week

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND WELLNESS

3 aquafit sessions supervised in a dedicated pool
6 days of supervised physical activities, 13 different themes groups courses and 1 cardio fitness circuit

RELAXATION SPA

Before and after treatments, unrestricted use of: relaxation room, hammam, herbal steam bath, aromatic steam bath, sauna, ice-cold showers, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, tea room, sunbathing terrace…
Aquatic area of the Grand Thermal Spa: recreational pool, swimming lane, terrace, tea room
Grands Bains de Salins and their water aerobics classes, outdoor jacuzzi
Use of the open-air swimming pool from 1 June to 10 September

Un espace aqualudique avec des zones de massages top. Un espace Spa magnifique avec des aroma zones des douches originales et un hammam géant où on peut être couché en étoile pour plus de bien-être. Jacuzzis intérieur et extérieurs. A retenir pour un délicieux moment de détente.
